Christmas 2020 Adopt-A-Family

Merry Christmas to our Adopt-a-Family!. Keren Paquette and Astrid Calderon of WH Social Services are with the gifts we collected for the family of 5. Thanks to all the church members who contributed! Ho Ho Ho!

Spring Colors

Song of Songs 2:11-12. “See! The winter is past; the rains are over and gone. Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come, the cooing of doves is heard in our land.” We’re not doing much singing at the moment, except to each other with facetime. But the flowers are appearing and the birds are singing. A long-time member, the late Eileen Krebs, gave the church a gift “to use for something nice”. So we bought and planted this forsythia, which now brings some beauty to our church each spring. Thank you, Eileen!

Blue Christmas Service 2019

Blue Christmas/The Longest Night Service. Many people who are experiencing grief, loss, sadness, loneliness, find it difficult to be merry at this time of year. We invite you to a service of acknowledgement, respite, and hope. Saturday, Dec. 21, 7:00pm. No matter who you are, or where you are on life’s journey, you are welcome here

Christmas Eve Candlelight Service 2019

Each year we celebrate Christmas Eve with a special family service of lessons and carols, special music by our choir and sometimes soloists or duets. A younger participant brings the Baby Jesus figure to the creche. We conclude the service by singing “Silent Night” by candlelight.
